We have changed our Mobile Banking to suit your needs in this new world, with a redesigned interface, new and improved features that will make transactions and inquiries easier.

Sign in to Mobile Banking with the same username and password as Internet Banking. If you still do not have a user, you can now obtain it online through our application, by calling our Inquiry Center or by visiting one of our agencies. If you already have a username and password and do not remember them, please contact our Inquiry Center.

These are the functions that you will find in this version:

- Affiliation to the Mobile Banking service from the application.

- Check your balances and movements of your accounts.

- Add, edit, search and filter third party accounts and other banks.

- Make transfers between own accounts, to third parties and other banks.

- Make transfers to TIGO Money wallets.

- Add and pay for basic services such as: electricity, water and telephony.

- Pay your loans and credit cards.

- Scheduling of transfers, payment of services and credits.

- Locate our agencies and ATMs easily.

- Request your password to make transactions without a card at ATMs.

- Register your device to complete your transactions without a token in Internet Banking.

- Make transfers via QR.

- Transfer money to cell phone numbers for the beneficiary to withdraw at any Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz ATM by entering a unique password.
