Sign in to Mobile Banking with the same username and password as Internet Banking. If you still do not have a user, you can now obtain it online through our application, by calling our Inquiry Center or by visiting one of our agencies. If you already have a username and password and do not remember them, please contact our Inquiry Center.

- Add, edit, search and filter third party accounts and other banks.
- Make transfers between own accounts, to third parties and other banks.
- Make transfers to TIGO Money wallets.
- Add and pay for basic services such as: electricity, water and telephony.
- Pay your loans and credit cards.
- Scheduling of transfers, payment of services and credits.
- Locate our agencies and ATMs easily.
- Request your password to make transactions without a card at ATMs.
- Register your device to complete your transactions without a token in Internet Banking.
- Make transfers via QR.
- Transfer money to cell phone numbers for the beneficiary to withdraw at any Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz ATM by entering a unique password.
